Our Refund & Returns Policy
There is a refund period of 7 days if the reason specified is:
- Complete shipment arrives broken or damaged
- Product does not match key features in online description
- Product is sent in the wrong style or quantity
- Partial shipment arrives damaged or broken
In the above cases, you will never be asked to pay any hidden penalty fees, surcharges or return shipping fees.
For Authorized Dealer Products
There is a replacement period of 7 days if the reason specified is:
- Complete shipment arrives broken or damaged
- Product does not match key features in online description
- Product is sent in the wrong style or quantity
- Partial shipment arrives damaged or broken
For Credit Card and Debit Card Payments (Online or at Store)
- Please note that refunds can only be made back to the card used to make the payment. Please check your statement after 7 to 10 working days to find your refund. If the refund doesn’t appear after 10 days, please email us immediately to [email protected]
- A 3% + 150/- Processing charge will be deducted from online payment refunds, if the product was not at fault.
Exchanges and Returns
- For exchanges – If you simply wish to exchange the product with another
- Exchange at Store
- You may bring it to our store and get it exchanged.
- The product should be brand new, unused and in its original packing. (We will not accept return otherwise)
- Additional balance will be refunded to your account as store credit. (Not in cash or deposit)
- To exchange via delivery:
- We will arrange pickup for the item you hold. It should be in its original packing and unused condition. (Used items will not be accepted).
- Once the product is picked up and returned to our store, we will inspect the product for the condition.
- If the criteria is passed, we will deliver the item you want in exchange.
- Up and down courier charges will be borne by customer.
- These courier charges will be different & higher to the amount usually charged at the checkout page.
- Exchange at Store
- For refund – If you wish to get a refund
- Delivery charge will not be refunded
- Rs.150 processing charge will be deducted from the original amount (Additional 3% for card payments will be deducted)
- Return product to store
- You may return it to our store personally or via courier
- The product should be brand new, unused and in its original packing. (We will not accept return otherwise)
- Return via Delivery
- We will arrange pickup for the item you hold. It should be in its original packing and unused condition. (Used items will not be accepted).
- Once the product is picked up and returned to our store, we will inspect the product for the condition.
- If the criteria is passed, we will refund the amount to you..

- Refund method
- Refund via Cash
- Cash refund will be issued after product inspection is successful (For item value with Rs.150/- processing charge from item value)
- Refund via Card
- If paid via card, refund will be transferred back to card (with 3% + 150/- processing charges on total value)
- If paid via card machine at store, please bring the slip copy of your card payment which was provided to your when you purchased at our store. (Refund will not be possible without this slip)
- Delivery charge will not be refunded
- Refund will be affected to your card within 10 working days.
- Refund via Bank Deposit
- Bank refund will be issued after product inspection is successful (For item value with Rs.150/- processing charge from item value)
- Refund via Cash
